ARCANUMPUBLICLIBRARY -- BORROWING INFORMATION
You must have an Arcanum Library issued Library Card to borrow materials.
To obtain a Library Card, visit the Arcanum Public Library with a picture I. D.
If your are 14 years of age or younger, a parent or guardians signature will be required
LATE FEE's of .05 Cents a day apply when books are returned late.
LATE FEE's of $1.00 a day apply when DVD or Videos are returned late.
ARCANUMPUBLICLIBRARY -- DVD / VIDEO RENTAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

1. Patron must register, be 16 years of age or older, and use their own valid Arcanum Public Library Card. A patron 16 or 17 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign the registration card.

2. DVDs/VHS videos will be free of charge, circulate for 5 days, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will be limited to 3 DVD/VHS videos per day, per household.

3. All DVDs/VHS videos will be checked out and returned to the Circulation Desk. A fine of $1.00 per DVD/VHS video will be charged for DVDs/VHS videos returned in the BOOK DROP.

4. DVDs/VHS videos may not be renewed.

5. There will be a charge of $1.00 per day, per DVD/VHS video, for overdue DVDs/VHS videos, not to exceed $10.00.

6. NOTE: Please DO NOT leave DVD'sVHS videos in vehicles or place them near magnets or heavy duty motors. (Heat can damage DVDs/VHS videos. Magnets and heavy duty motors can erase them.)

7. The borrower is responsible for returning VHS videos rewound. DVDs/VHS videos should be retuned in good operating condition. In case of loss, theft, or damage, the borrower is responsible for the full replacement cost of the DVD/VHS video and it's circulation case.

8. The borrower is responsible for observing all U.S. Copyright laws pertaining to proper usage and viewing of the Library's DVDs/VHS videos.

9. NOTE: The Arcanum Public Library assumes NO responsibiltiy or financial liability for any possible damage caused to any DVD/VHS video player or recorder by any Library DVD/VHS video.
